This is after a trio of messages my pastor released recently. The third part being "Conformation". While searching for answers without many clues, Holy Spirit brought me between Romans 8:29-30 and Ephesians 1:4! Let's read what Paul was revealing. In Romans 29-30 we see "For whom He foreknew, He predestined to be CONFORMED to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. In other words, Jesus reveals that we pre-existed in God. He defines, justifies and glorifies us! He redeems our innocence and restores the glory we lost through Adam. His resurrection co-reveals out identity as well as our innocence! Wow!!! In Ephesians 1:4 "just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, we should be holy and without blame before Him in love"...Here is a mystery revealed, a secret revealed...Translated from the Aramaic and Greek, this verse reads 'He chose us to be a word before the fall of the world' Jesus is God's mind made up about us...God found us in Christ before He lost us in Adam... We are presented before Him face-to-face in blameless innocence!!! The secret is out! His cherished love dream NOW unfolds in front of our very eyes! Ephesians 1:11 in the Mirror Bible says what and how we fit into this mystery. ..."Christ is the measure of our portion, we are in Him, invented and defined in Him. God's blueprint intention is on exhibition in us. Everything He accomplishes is inspired by the energy and intent of His affection. Verse 14 states in The Passion, "He (Holy Spirit) is given to us like an engagement ring is given to a bride, as the first installment of what IS coming! He is our hope-promise of a future inheritance which seals us until we have all of our redemption's promises and experience complete freedom-- all for the supreme glory and honor of God!"
Exodus 34:6 And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, "The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering , and abounding in goodness and truth... In this verse IS the disposition of Messiah. The early church used this important verse to judge prophecy and conduct in the church atmosphere. There were three elders who were in charge of hearing and deciding if what was said and done in that time was in the disposition of Messiah. In this very shaky and explosive time we are living in (exciting & wonderful time I might add) it would serve us well if we would write this verse on the tablet of our heart and in every circumstance, situation we find ourselves apply it rightly and justly. By doing this, we, as the body of Christ, will start looking like the "church" the public has never seen!!!
