Here it is...We all must grab hold of this one thing, this one fact, without Yehweh there is nothing. There is no sun, moon or stars, there are no trees, water, land, plants, animals, fruit, not me, not you...there is absolutely nothing. We MUST realize the fullness of WHO HE IS and who we are because of HIM! The Lord created His Plan from the beginning and committed Himself to die for His creation... to pay the price for OUR disobedience. Let us look at the meanings of two words: Obedience and Disobedience. In the Hebrew, obedience translates to cleansing or purging, the root meaning is BLAMELESS. The Greek word for obedience is the one who, upon the knock at the door, comes to listen who it is; to perceive & understand what has been said! The word disobedience translates to willfully, perversely not to allow oneself to be persuaded, To refuse stubbornly, to remain unpersuadable! I don't believe God is looking for my or your obedience, we can't do it anyway. He was and is looking for the obedience only HE can provide! It was accomplished on the CROSS through Yeshuah, once and for all! All we have to do is say YES, believing and KNOWING it is done! Let us all quit striving and receive what He has already provided...Just stay helplessly in love with HIM, fellow-shipping with Him in relationship. I believe what Paul wrote to the Romans in chapter 5:19-21 is what this message is all about when we look at it understanding what the words really mean. Even though offence abounds almost unchecked, grace flourishes much, much more... it can never be outdone! God's grace, mercy and love overshadows everything the enemy can ever do! Simply put... by one man's(first Adam)hearing amiss, not recognizing it was Lucifer instead of Jesus at the door of his heart while in the garden, many, NOT ALL, were made sinners, missing the mark & missing the prize. By one man(2nd Adam,Jesus)listening correctly, in total compliance and blameless... came to the cross for all mankind(unpersuaded)so many, but NOT ALL, will be made righteous. They can choose to slip further away or grab onto grace...It is easier to grab onto grace because there is SOOO much more of it! We need to search the scriptures for ourselves,(not have someone search for us)to find out what He is saying and what He meant when He spoke it. Since He calls us kings & priests, Proverbs 25:2 says "God conceals the revelation of his Word in the hiding place of his glory. But the honor of kings is revealed to all by how they thoroughly mine out the deeper meaning of all that God says." Let's find glory in the hidden word!
Exodus 34:6 And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, "The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering , and abounding in goodness and truth... In this verse IS the disposition of Messiah. The early church used this important verse to judge prophecy and conduct in the church atmosphere. There were three elders who were in charge of hearing and deciding if what was said and done in that time was in the disposition of Messiah. In this very shaky and explosive time we are living in (exciting & wonderful time I might add) it would serve us well if we would write this verse on the tablet of our heart and in every circumstance, situation we find ourselves apply it rightly and justly. By doing this, we, as the body of Christ, will start looking like the "church" the public has never seen!!!
