In the gospel of John 3:28-30 it says "You yourselves bear me witness, that I said I am not the Christ, but have been sent before Him. He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled. He must increase, but I must decrease..." John the Baptist was saying to his disciples that he knew who he was, and he knew his scroll, his destiny. When you know who you are in Yehweh, you never need to fear anyone overthrowing your kingdom destiny, or your ministry! He was identifying himself, not as the bride, but as the best man at the wedding, who stands beside the bridegroom and introduces him to the bride! And he rejoices because all rejoice for a wedding arranged by Pappa! Then as Yeshua increased and he decreased, he knew that his mission was accomplished...He had introduced the Bridegroom from Heaven to the Bride on earth. When you know who you are, what is on your scroll, where you come from and where you are going, you are a true son of God. All creation is waiting for these mature sons of God to come forth...TODAY.HERE..NOW...!
Exodus 34:6 And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, "The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering , and abounding in goodness and truth... In this verse IS the disposition of Messiah. The early church used this important verse to judge prophecy and conduct in the church atmosphere. There were three elders who were in charge of hearing and deciding if what was said and done in that time was in the disposition of Messiah. In this very shaky and explosive time we are living in (exciting & wonderful time I might add) it would serve us well if we would write this verse on the tablet of our heart and in every circumstance, situation we find ourselves apply it rightly and justly. By doing this, we, as the body of Christ, will start looking like the "church" the public has never seen!!!
